In the previous video, we introduced the traditional fishing method of Namhae-eup which is <Jukbangyeom(bamboo trap fishing)>. This time, we prepared a video to show you what kind of dishes you can make with anchovies and eel caught with Jukbangyeom. Koreans make broth, salted fish, and side dishes with anchovies but there is a dish named <Anchovy Ssambap(Leaf wraps and rice)> in Namhae-eup. You can probably see this food a lot if you visit villages in the South Sea of Korea. But you can only taste anchovy ssambap caught with Jukbangyeom here in Namhae-eup.
